Podcast

In this episode I tell you about one of my mini-sessions. This woman was 47 years old and has struggled with her weight and control since she had her two children.

Control Podcast 85

She said that the reason she struggles are:

  1. She’s under a lot of stress.
  2. She works from home, and kitchen is too close.
  3. She can’t make herself a priority.

These are common thoughts that many women have. Listen in as I tell you how I coached her through some of these thoughts and how you can take control and apply them to your own mind regarding the holidays and beyond!
