How does coaching make this happen?

First and foremost, it increases awareness. We look at your life from the outside. (I call this being the observer.) This has everything to do with why you eat when you’re not hungry.

Second, it gets feelings under control. This means that you eat when you’re physically hungry and deal with emotions without eating them.

Third, we don’t talk much about food, caloric values or what’s fattening and what’s not.

Coaching is not therapy. We don’t explore your past or your childhood.

We move forward in your life from where you are and make it what you’ve always wanted it to be.

I’ve been a Chiropractor for 30 years and a Master Life Coach for 8 years.

I created the Big Change program to help women (men too) who are going through menopause (or not) lose the weight and the struggle once and for all.
