Program Details

8 weekly 1-hour sessions each Wednesday, January 24th until March 14.

Video group calls. Get dressed or stay in your pjs. You don’t have to go anywhere. Don’t want to be on video? No problem, you can disable that or call from your phone. It’s so easy!!

Private Facebook group for coaching from Dr. Deb and support from fellow group members.

2 p.m. Eastern, 1 p.m. Central, 12 Noon Mountain, 11 a.m. Pacific.
