In this episode, I answer a podcast listener’s question that she asked me on Facebook. I thought it was so common, I wanted to address it on this episode to help as many of you as possible with the same problem.

Here’s her question:

Do you have any tips for feeling somewhat burnt out on exercising & watching what you eat? Is it normal to feel that way after only a month?

Listen in as I share my insight into this most common problem and of course, the best thing I can share is that you don’t have to do anything different.

The problem isn’t with what you are or are not doing.

The problem is more about what she’s thinking than what she’s doing that’s making her feel burned out.

If you make yourself feel restricted and deprived, you get burned out fast. What if you believed you could eat anything you wanted?
