I noticed with my grandkids who can’t talk yet, that they cry for most of their needs for physical and emotional. It’s up to the adults in their lives to figure out and interpret what they actually need. Do they need to eat or sleep? Do they need consoling from fear or separation? Or do they need their diapers changed?

All we know is they are responding to their bodies, and when they get what they need their bodies are satisfied and they stop crying. They never respond to food when they’re sad. Never!

Listen in as I show how you are capable of responding to your body just like my grandkids respond to their bodies. It’s one sure way to weigh less. Stop eating your emotions.
