In this episode I go over the physiological effect of being kind to yourself, and self-compassion versus self-criticism, since we’re all looking to feel better, more peaceful and calm.

All we really have to do is learn how to soothe ourselves and we will create powerful hormones such as oxytocin, that will help us.

It is so much easier to stop eating when full when we’re feeling calm and relaxed as opposed to feeling like we’re being attacked (by ourselves.)
