The answer is within

I have been listening to the podcast for quite some time and finally decided to work with Dr. Deb in her group program last fall. She helped me bust through many thought errors to find that the answer to lasting weight loss was always within me- and was available to me even before losing all the weight. I recommend this podcast to anyone who has hit dieting rock bottom and is ready to get to the source of the issue rather than continuing to use diets as band-aids. Dr. Deb’s message is compassionate, inspiring, and witty—and will help listeners learn how to work with their bodies rather than attacking themselves through sabotaging thoughts and behaviors.

Exactly what I need!

Like Dr. Deb says, we all know what to do to lose weight it’s doing it that is sometimes hard. I just found the podcast this week and started at the beginning. I’m definitely a storm eater and sometimes a fog eater. Mindful eating is what I need. At my age (61), I have no desire to be on a “diet”. I have found I don’t think about food nearly as much since I started the podcast. I listen while at the gym, in the sauna, etc. I love to exercise so I have no problem there, I need help with binge eating and already have made progress! Can’t wait to continue listening!
