This podcast has been the best thing I’ve found ever in my life for learning how to change my thinking about eating, and removing all the food drama that burdened me for so long. This podcast is valuable for anyone who struggles with losing weight, emotional eating, and complete despair about ever being free from all the constant food thoughts. If this is you, you can learn Dr Deb’s tools for how to change your thoughts around food and be free of the struggle. I took advantage of the free mini-session with Dr Deb and I’m so glad I did. I worked with her personally and I’m so much better off now, free from an obsession with sugar. I highly recommend this podcast.

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom! This is perfect for all women in menopause or not! I am just about to listen to episode 100, but the biggest impact for me are the three previous episodes about urges! That has been my biggest struggle- the angry toddler who wants that candy! :) learning to deal with him now :)

A friend recommended this podcast and it is life changing! Perhaps the most novel idea I have learned so far is to eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. No diets, no restricted foods, and trusting my body to know how to take better care of myself. Being mindful and conscious when eating, instead of not caring and eating mindlessly. Highly recommend to everyone who has trouble losing weight and keeping it off…and it doesn’t have to be related to menopause at all. This advice is good for everyone who struggles! Thank you Dr. Deb. :)
