This is a practical, science-backed approach to making peace with food, even in menopause—when cravings feel stronger, emotions run higher, and restriction backfires faster.

Inside This Masterclass, I’ll Show You What No One Else Is Telling You About Food, Joy, and Menopause

You’ll even hear my personal story about my long-time love affair with Wavy Lay’s potato chips—and how I went from bingeing and hiding them to being able to keep them in the pantry without a second thought.

Back then, just throwing them in the trash wasn’t enough to stop me from eating them—I would literally dig them out and eat them anyway. So I started pouring water on them first.

That’s how out of control I felt.

But here’s the truth: the food was never the problem. It was my brain—and once I learned how to manage it, everything changed.

No matter what food sends your brain into overdrive, I can show you how to manage your thoughts—so you stay in control, not the food. 💪.

You Can Lose Weight Without Giving Up What You Love

So many women believe peace with food requires restriction, rules, or “being good.”

But the opposite is true.

When you stop fearing food…

When you learn to listen to your body…

When you believe you can eat whatever you want…

You naturally want less—and feel more in control than ever.

If you’ve spent decades dieting, restricting, or feeling out of control around food—this is your invitation to try something completely different.

Yes, that’s actually possible.

Hi! I’m Dr. Deb.

I spent decades struggling with my weight and yo-yo dieting. I went on my first diet at age 12 and my last one at age 50.

As a Weight Watchers lifetime member, I knew the points for everything. My specialty was restricting myself throughout the day to splurge at night. I was always trying to cheat the system to eat as much food as I could but still get my points right.

If you think that sounds like I put a lot of thought into food, you are correct!

When I felt the heightened emotions around menopause hit, I doubled down on my dieting efforts. Soon, it felt like all I ever thought about was food.

I felt like I was always trying to restrict and deprive myself of what I actually wanted to eat.

That is, of course, except when I would pig out and immediately feel full of guilt.

I felt totally exhausted and defeated. I started searching for a different way.

I learned that there are better ways to deal with the heightened emotions around menopause other than eating them. In fact, menopause is the perfect time for your transformation.

If there’s one thing I could change in this world, it would be how so many women are introduced to body image and diet culture.

Diets fail us. They tell us what to eat, but they don’t fix the reason why we eat in the first place. And, menopause can amplify many of those reasons.

That’s where the real work is.

As a Certified Master Life and Weight Loss Coach, this free Masterclass series is my way of making that change.
