Over the last decade,

I’m a Master Weight Loss and Life Coach, formerly an instructor for Brooke Castillo of The Life Coach School. Before becoming a Master Coach, I was in private practice with my husband, Dr. Michael Butler, for 30 years as a Board Certified Chiropractor, Acupuncturist and Nutritionist.

I help women going through menopause end their struggle with weight — ultimately helping them reconnect with and manifest their truest desires!

What is the
ThINNER Peace Process?

The ThINNER Peace Process begins by working on the mind, even before making any change to the body. A diet changes the body without changing the mind and we all know by now that… diets don’t work!

If you want to control the body, you must first control the mind. Only when the mind is on board, will you stop feeling restricted and deprived and start becoming curious instead.

In the first phase, RETHINK, it’s time to spark your curiosity and explore how your mind, body and food are correlated. We’ll track patterns to reveal a deeper truth about your habits and why you do what you do.

It’s similar to the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly. You’re still a caterpillar, just dreaming of all the amazingly dramatic changes to come. You’re inspired!

Next you RESET. Like when the metamorphosis begins and parts of the caterpillar begin to die off in order to make space for the butterfly.

The effects of decades of dieting and being angry at yourself will start to fade away and then, with a new clearer mind, you can start to work on the body. This is important work otherwise it’s just another Diet.

In this final phase of RE-INVENT, just like the caterpillar transformed into a butterfly, you’ll learn how to RE-INVENT yourself and become a brand new you from the inside out.

How do the phases of the ThINNER Peace Process work?

PHASE 1

RETHINK

RETHINK how you relate to food, exercise, and yourself. Your body and mind are intrinsically connected and one does not go through change without affecting the other. A clear mind makes it easier to help the body, so we start there.

PHASE 2

RESET

In the second phase we RESET your body. We explore which foods cause which symptoms in your body, how and why they make you feel the way they do. You’ll learn how to make smarter, more informed choices for your health and lifestyle.

PHASE 3

REINVENT

It’s time to REINVENT yourself and make it all stick! With your new strategies, tools and knowledge in action, it’s time to put it all together and manifest the vision you’ve created of yourself and take flight as the new butterfly you are!
