Ep 331: Donna’s Weight Loss Journey And Becoming Her Best Authentic Self

PODCAST EPISODE 331

One of the things that contribute to our weight gain is not only the food we consume, but also our behavior. Our perspectives on ourselves, on food, and other people matter if we want to lose weight.

In our effort to better ourselves, we set standards that are not aligned with our authentic selves. We are constantly worried about what other people think of us and we give so much power to food and think it has the ability to control us. These behaviors and beliefs should cease! Letting go of these limiting beliefs will allow you to become more connected to what you’re actually thinking, seeking, and what your real desires are.

This is why Donna chose me to be her coach. She didn’t understand why she had no control over food and why she is overly concerned about what others think of her. After working together, Donna got to the root of her actions. She felt more in control of her mind and her body. Donna learned how to control herself and become her best and truest version!

Join us as Donna reveals what motivates her to be better everyday. Donna’s weight-loss journey has been a real eye-opener! I am so proud of what she has accomplished and how she can continue to inspire others. Enjoy the show!
