You know what to eat and yet you eat otherwise.
Do you ever wonder why?
Do you ever think that if your partner would change you would be happier?
Do you believe losing weight will make you happier?
Or making more money will make you happier?
I want to show you that your happiness doesn’t come from those things at all.
Happiness is a feeling and all feelings come from thoughts.
It’s a universal law and I want to show you how it works. It is the key to everything.
In fact one of my clients wrote this to me as she was describing why this is the last time she will ever lose weight again:
