I received this letter from a listener. She was brave enough to be coached.
Relief truly is a thought away!
This was her letter to me:
I began to hear your podcast and it literally changed my life. I live in The Republic of Panama and a friend from Utah told me about your podcast and I have been hearing it everyday for the last month a half. I am 50, around 15 to 20 pounds overweight and into menopause.
I have been following all your advises and suddenly I had a problem at work (I work for myself,) everything was late and I needed to make some payments to be on time for delivery of merchandise. It makes me super anxious so I started to eat uncontrollably again. I just ate half a pint of ice cream and is 10 pm at night.
I wonder how can I get back on track or is it that I will never get back on track again? I lost 4 pounds and I gained almost 2 during this weekend.
Do you recommend that I should start again from episode 1? Right now I am on episode 85. I am desperate here, don’t know if it’s my mind or myself. It seems like I want to be fat, I don’t know why.
I was taking sleeping pills. I stopped using them and I felt great but in the last 3 to 4 days I am taking the sleeping pills again and eating uncontrollably. I don’t know if I should start again at episode 1 or keep going or just pray to be in control again!
You won’t believe the transformation in such a short period of time.
