Here’s her letter she wrote to me:

I am writing to thank you for the way that your podcast has truly changed my life. Of course, it changed my weight and relationship with food, but it certainly changed more than that in terms of my thinking. I had the pleasure of speaking to you a while back during a mini session. I wanted to follow up with you with more good news, and a question that I am hoping you have time to answer. Today, I saw my endocrinologist (I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis) I have officially lost 30 pounds since my last visit a year ago. My original “goal” had been 20 pounds, so this is beyond what I could have imagined. I turn 50 tomorrow and weigh less than I did at my wedding 22 years ago. I have recommended your podcast to anyone who has asked me how I have lost weight. The doctor was amazed and asked me how I did it. I showed her your podcast and explained to her your teachings and she wrote your podcast down so that she can recommend it to her patients. Hopefully you will get some clients out of this!! So here is my question: I got my bloodwork done to see if she needs to adjust my synthroid. As soon as she talked about possibly adjusting it, I could hear all my “crazy” thoughts come in… “Oh No, if they adjust the meds, I will gain all the weight back”… that sort of thing. I know that if they change the meds that that is just a “C”, but I could use some guidance around how to manage my thoughts around this possibility. I have been on the same synthroid dose for years so the thoughts are flying fast and furious. Thank you so much. I found your podcast exactly when I needed it, and I truly appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
