Most of my clients start paying attention to their hunger when we first start working together.
But hunger isn’t the only involuntary sensation that runs in your body.
Sleep is too.
Do you listen to your body when it’s tired?
Or do you try to push through to exhaustion?
And… then fall into bed at night?
What I notice is that my clients who don’t pay attention to being tired have a much harder time listening and honoring their hunger scale.
Did you know you can have a sleep scale too?
What if you started putting yourself to bed at a -2?
The answer might surprise you.
Being connected your body is more than just about hunger.
