Do you wonder how to feel a feeling?
The only thing you’re sure of is that you want to eat when you’re not hungry, but you have no idea what you’re feeling!
You just know that doughnut looks awfully good!
That’s what Karen used to think too.
Until she started listening to my podcast and webinars.
She wrote me a letter telling me she’s starting to get it AND losing the weight too.
I loved her letter so much, I wanted her to share her experience live with you.
In fact, she said it made her cry.
She wrote this letter to me after being on my last webinar:
Hi Dr. Deb!
Thank you so very much for this. I had several “Ah-ha” moments this morning. I cried. I have been listening for a while now and I so appreciate finding people that are telling me what I knew years ago but wasn’t ready to do. I don’t have to restrict what I eat. I have to be mindful of when and why I am eating. I am down 26 pounds this year, 50 since I started back in 2016 and it doesn’t bother me that it is a slow process. What truly matters is that I am fixing myself on the way down and unlearning so many negative thought patterns from the past. Thank you for what you do. Keep doing the podcasts as I love learning more and more.
After I read it, I wanted to cry.
