How are you feeling these days?
I had a client recently tell me that she didn’t think now was a good time to focus on losing weight.
She thought now was a good time to comfort herself and her family with food.
A way to help feel less afraid.
Losing weight seemed insignificant.
What she learned when I was coaching her, is that she still believed food was for comfort.
This belief is what has caused her to gain weight all along, not to mention avoiding negative emotion.
What if NOW is the time to learn how to feel your feelings – all of them?
And help your family do the same.
Feelings were always meant to be FELT not FED.
They were not meant to be fed during these times or any time.
The reasons my clients say my program is life changing is not because of their weight loss.
It’s because they have shifted very unhealthy thoughts, and actually learned to FEEL their discomfort.
