Ep 208 Good News During this Pandemic!

How are you feeling today?

Are you scared? Panicked? Anxious?

Me too!

But I’ve also been excited, joy filled and grateful too.

This is still called life.

This is life during a pandemic.

Before this pandemic you were probably experiencing something else in your life.

And you were probably experiencing some of these same emotions. More or less!

And when this is over something else will take its place in your life.

Remember this, the something else is just a circumstance. It is what it is.

No matter how much you want it or how much you don’t want it.

I believe that during THIS time, you can become MORE mindful about how YOU think, feel and act.

This could be a very good time to get very good at managing your mind.

Since were all at home more and running around less, we do have an opportunity to slow down more and observe our minds.

Maybe for the first time.

This is very good news.

Learning how to bring yourself back to this present moment is a skill you can learn by practice.

THERE IS NO BETTER TIME THAN NOW.

To learn to connect to your true physical and emotional hunger. To be connected to you.

To feel what you’re feeling and give yourself what you most need.

And when this is over your result could be a thinner more peaceful and stronger you!

And that is good news!
