Have you ever been “good” all week?
Then… you get on the scale to have found out you lost nothing?
If your response is like what mine used to be:
I would throw a tantrum!
I would hate the scale!
I would hate myself.
And I would stop being “good!”
Why bother?
And… I would stop weighing myself.
I would blame the scale for my anger and frustration.
This was an endless cycle that ended up in yo-yo dieting for years (30 years to be exact).
