In this episode we go over how the mind works. I reintroduce the model, and talk about the thoughts you choose to think on a regular basis, called a belief system. These thoughts will automatically create weight loss or weight gain.


I go over one of my students who has a fattening thought about chocolate mousse cake, and why she feels she can’t control herself around the cake. Hint: its not because the cake taste good. Tune in, and see what she’s been thinking. Food does not have power over you, unless you believe it does.
