So many of us have negative thoughts surrounding food. We restrict and deprive ourselves of eating certain foods, but it makes us want them more and we end up eating them anyway. And then we’re left feeling worse than ever! Changing the way you think about food is important, as when you start to believe it’s possible to eat whatever you want, you automatically decrease your desire for whatever it is.
