In these circumstances, there is always something else going on beneath the surface, and if it remains unaddressed, it will lead to confusion and overeating. We’ve all got stuff going on, and sometimes there is no other option than just to feel your feelings. Feelings of sadness and worry can’t do anything to you, but overeating and pushing away things you don’t want to feel can do so much damage. You need to process your emotions, even when it’s the last thing you want to do, and I’m showing you how this week.
