My favorite part about working with my clients is when they finish the program and are excited about the new life they’ve created for themselves, and today’s guest, Pam, is no different. Even though she felt that her life was great before, she feels it is fabulous now, and you’ll hear why in today’s episode.
When Pam came to work with me, she was fooling herself into believing that her weight wasn’t a big deal to her. She knew she wanted to lose weight, but she didn’t really believe she could, so she brushed it under the rug and pretended there was no problem. We worked together and she learned how to lean into her emotions, change her relationship with food and start dealing with her feelings without emotional eating.
