In the present, we’ve begun to treat food as not just fuel, but as a way to punish ourselves– including overeating and joy eats. Sometimes, these things happen with being human and all. It’s not something to beat yourself up over. But what you also don’t want to do is get yourself stuck in a never-ending cycle of overeating, shaming yourself, and then try to lose weight. Rinse and repeat.

For this episode, I want to talk about weight loss coaching and how I operate as one. In my program, I combine my learnings as a weight loss coach and life coach to help you understand your mind and get yourself out of that unhealthy cycle with food. I will show you the difference between these types of coaching and help you create the differences you want with your body and your life.
