For this week, I wanted to try something different called my MVP– Most Valuable Podcast! For those of you who just started listening recently or maybe didn’t start all the way from the beginning, I wanted to share this particular episode with you because I think it’s important that you hear that you don’t have to feel like you’re depriving yourself while on your weight loss journey.
This episode is focused on fuel eating and joy eating, and how we’ve learned to view both of them. Have you ever felt like once you decide to finally eat right, the fun is over? On the flip side with joy foods, we think that joy comes from that which makes us eat more than we should. But it doesn’t have to be like either of those ways! In fact, joy should come from you and not from the food you eat!
