I’m sure all of us have said things like, “I’m not good enough!” or “Why should I even bother trying?” to ourselves. You’re so used to saying so many terrible, terrible things to yourself, and even if you lose weight, it’s not going to help. Not until you start learning to be compassionate to yourself. How you talk to yourself affects how you feel about yourself, which then affects how you act.
