Welcome to a new year, and to commemorate this new beginning is the 300th episode of The Thinner Peace Podcast. It gives me great joy to help you all on your journey to achieving Thinner Peace, but things weren’t always smooth sailing. In the beginning, I was filled with a lot of negative thoughts at the possibility that no one would listen or say bad things about me. It hindered me greatly, but I wouldn’t be where I am if I hadn’t coached myself to accept myself and what I do. And what’s what I want to talk about today.
As we start out this year, I want you to start it with love and self-acceptance. So much of our suffering stems from wanting things to be different even when there’s nothing wrong with you in the first place. It’s okay to want change but for things to get better, you also need to believe that you are exactly where you need to be right now. In this episode, I share a simple exercise that will get you started on pointing your mind in the right direction so you can start seeing the beauty that’s already there.
It’s time to stop looking at what’s wrong about you, and start looking for what’s right about you. Start with love- love who you are, appreciate where you have been, and that will serve as your key to unlocking more of what you want. So sit back, relax, and make sure to tune in!
