When it comes to our weight loss journeys, oftentimes our goal is to simply lower those numbers on the scale. But the beauty of weight loss coaching is that you can come out of it with more than what you were expecting. When my client hired me, it was with the intention to stop dieting and how to eat between the two’s. Little did she know she would discover just how much her own thoughts were creating her urge to overeat.
In the beginning, Ann felt like she had no control over herself around food to the point she accepted that she was staying overweight. But the desire to accept herself led her to work with me and together we uncovered her root cause – her chronic need to please others. From then on, she has not only learned to treat her body well, but she has freed herself from the burden of making others feel good; and she has transformed into a happier person for it.
