You might think you can’t control yourself around food. You might think you don’t have enough willpower.
Guess what? You’re right. Willpower doesn’t work, because as long as you still desire any food, sooner or later your willpower will give out.
BUT, as I explain in this episode the only way to stop eating or overeating certain foods is to lessen your desire.
Learning how to allow urges, which is still uncomfortable, will over time lessen your desire.
