When you hit menopause- you might not be mentally prepared for what is going to happen to your body, and that can really scary sometimes because you have no idea what is next. I want you all to know that by joining me here on this podcast, I’m very sure that things are going to get better, and I want you to believe truly that things will get better.

When we start our weight journeys, the initial few pounds can fall off quite quickly- but we still need to be vigilant about what we eat because there are definitely going to be times when we won’t drop the weight and we can plateau.

In this episode, I’ll be introducing to you my number one tip for when you’re stuck on this plateau. When this happens, we really need to keep our frustrations in check because it can throw us completely off track when really- we need to accept that we will not always be consistently dropping pounds.
