One of the most common reasons why I see people go up and down with their weight is because they don’t give themselves enough grace when they make a mistake. But once you understand that is the one thing holding you back can you finally live your life with unconditional confidence and happiness.

In this episode, I’m going to teach you three steps that will help you coach yourself through those negative thoughts and emotions. No matter what the voice in your head says – you CAN make things different. Once you believe that and begin to comprehend what you’re thinking, you will be able to bring yourself back to the present and back to taking care of yourself. Enjoy the show!
