It’s the summer season, and just like the holidays, it usually means it’s a time for everyone to kick back and relax or go out and celebrate with friends and family. No one wants to feel like they need to restrict themselves during these times, but Susan is here to share how she has achieved the freedom of never having to worry about restricting herself around food or overeating ever again.

I have the pleasure of interviewing my lovely client, Susan. For the last 40 years, she was in a neverending cycle of gaining weight and then losing it through dieting. But in a realization that she didn’t want to keep going through it over and over again, she reached out to me. With a deep commitment to fulfilling her new goal, she has decided to go all-in on herself and put in the work to finally put an end to her cycle of emotional eating and dieting for good.
