What you feed your mind is as important as what you feed your body. Our minds are powerful enough to keep us on track or make us feel like we’re losing it. That’s why it’s important to be mindful of the thoughts we allow to play in our mind. If it’s unhealthy, get rid of it!
In relation to this topic, I’m going to share with you a letter from one of my listeners who became scared of gaining back the weight that she worked hard to lose. One of the reasons why keeping weight off becomes challenging is because of being scared. Letting fear get in the way of what you want and need to do won’t ever work.
