The concept of “eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full” is something that a lot of people who speak to me or listen to me find incredibly interesting. That is basically what I teach about food journaling – to eat everything you want that your body requires and to stop when your body tells you to.
Food journaling is probably the best tool that I teach, and the one that I want most people to understand. It’s a way of understanding your own body by applying numbers. In this episode, I want to teach you to understand the numbers of your body and what they mean using my food journal. When you sit down to eat and you feel you’re hungry, you apply a number to it. I’ll explain this in depth in the bootcamp this week. But if you can’t attend the boot camp, I will give you a little tip in this episode about why food journaling is so important. Enjoy the show!
