Hello my dear friends all over the world!

In this episode, I am bringing to you the actual coaching session of the ThINNER Peace in Menopause Program. As you all  know my favorite thing to do is to coach. I want to go deeper with my clients with their thoughts and open up something that they have never seen to move them closer to their health and weight goals. 

Today, I want you all to get a little bit of a feel on how I coach my clients, what it’s like to be coached, and how effective it will be for you. These women on the live group coaching session – Roxanne, Cindy, and Julia, have brave souls to raise their hands and ask for help. They may have different issues about menopause, weight, and food but I managed to address these and help them to look at the positive side of things. In this session, you’ll also learn how to feel and manage urges, the emotional hunger scale, and get answers to some questions from my clients.

Menopause is not a terrible thing that’s put upon a woman. But it’s a transformational time for us to get real with ourselves and get really connected to what we want in our lives. Enjoy the show!
