Today, we will dive deep into understanding the emotional and physical hunger scale, and emotional holes. I will share my client’s experience, who learned to use the emotional hunger scale to her advantage. It’s important to understand and recognize what kind of hunger you are feeling to avoid overeating or waiting too long to eat.
To understand better your hunger scale, start numbering it using your food journal and practice feeling them without filling them with food. Enjoy the show!
