Sometimes people lose their way when trying to make progress, but the key is to be able to bring yourself back when you lose your focus. As a coach, I am proud to have played a part in Diana’s success and am eager to share her inspiring story with all of you.

But even knowing all the tools, sometimes you can still gain weight or lose your focus. Diana felt ashamed about going back to another coaching but she overcame her embarrassment and recognized that she still needed to learn.
She also shares her experience with the “no flour, no sugar” experiment and emphasizes the importance of self-compassion and getting help when you need it.
