Today, I want to discuss mindset and how it affects our approach to vacations and celebrations. Sometimes, we may have thoughts that lead us to overeat or lose peace with food during these occasions. It’s important to recognize these thoughts and make conscious choices. For example, rather than indulging without control, we can choose mindful joy fuel eating. This means enjoying both nutritious and non-nutritious foods while staying connected to our bodies.
By embracing this approach, we can have a healthier relationship with food and truly enjoy our celebrations. Remember, it’s not about all or nothing; it’s about finding balance and staying connected. Enjoy the show!
