As night descends and hunger should be dormant, many of us face a powerful urge to eat. This late-night craving, despite not being hungry, is a common struggle.

Today, I’m sharing a client’s story, shedding light on emotional eating. The client faced a powerful urge to eat late at night despite not being hungry. We explored the concept of different types of eating, like fuel eating, joy eating, fog eating, and storm eating. The key lesson: either feel your emotions or fill them with food.
