Many women can relate to the complexities of mother-daughter relationships and body weight issues, and finding clarity and awareness in dealing with these challenges is what we’ll explore today.
In this episode, Deborah struggled with food and body image for 40 years. After doing an individual coaching program with me she started food journaling and committed to change. We addressed her emotional eating by tracking hunger levels and dealing with emotional triggers, especially in the evenings. Deborah ceased using food as a coping mechanism, worked through mother-related weight issues, and is now on the path to freedom from food obsession. She feels great and has developed a healthier relationship with food and her emotions.
