I’ll share a story about a client who reached her goal weight but had some unexpected challenges. It turns out she thought she couldn’t drink and lose weight. We talk about how our feelings and what we believe about food matter more than just the number on the scale. I share a bit about my own journey with potato chips. I want you to think about how you’d eat if losing weight wasn’t on your mind.
