Focusing on gratitude, kindness, and savoring positive experiences can significantly improve your overall happiness and well-being, especially in menopause. Take the time every day to appreciate three things you’re thankful for, and actively seek ways to help others through acts of kindness. When good things happen, don’t just let them pass by. Instead, savor those moments for at least 15 seconds to truly embed the feelings of happiness.
