We all know the pressure to look amazing in a swimsuit, but this year, I want to offer something different.  Especially for my fellow women in menopause who face unique weight loss challenges.

I used to dread vacations because they meant “vacation weight gain.”  Then I realized focusing on the scale wasn’t helping. True peace came from listening to my body and feeling good, not just shrinking a number.

That’s why I created the Thinner Peace Summer Challenge. It’s not about a specific weight, but about reconnecting with your body. Here are 3 easy steps to get started:

  • Imagine how you’d eat without restrictions. What truly nourishes me, not just makes me feel deprived?
  • Start using a hunger scale (1-10). This helps me understand my body’s signals and avoid mindless eating.
  • Be kind to yourself! This is a journey, not a race.
