For most of my life, I felt like I was on a never-ending diet. Lose 20 pounds, gain 20 pounds. Restrict myself, then binge. It was a vicious cycle that left me feeling frustrated and defeated.
As a chiropractor, I helped people heal their bodies, but I always felt a deeper calling. I wanted to understand what made people tick, especially when it came to their weight loss struggles. So, I became a life coach, and that’s when everything changed.
The biggest revelation? It wasn’t about the food itself. It was about the relationship with food. Why do we eat when we’re not hungry? How do we use food to cope with emotions?
