I dive into the lessons I’ve learned from my own dieting experience, especially from Weight Watchers, and how they’ve shaped the ThINNER Peace process I teach today. We’ll talk about why diets often fail us when they disconnect us from our bodies, but also how they’ve taught us valuable insights. I’ll share how I learned to enjoy foods like potato chips without feeling out of control and how mindful eating changed everything for me. We’ll  also explore why it’s possible to eat what you love without losing track of your health goals.
