Ep. 510: The Comeback Tool – Your Secret to a Healthy 2026

PODCAST EPISODE 510

Coming off the holidays feeling like you overindulged? Ate more than usual? Moved less? Here’s what you need to know: the secret to a healthy body isn’t never “messing up”—it’s knowing how to come back.

In this episode, I’m sharing what I’m telling my clients right now about the most important tool in my ThINNER Peace Process: the Comeback Tool. This is about building that mind-body connection that lets you recognize when your body is asking you to come back to what feels good—not because the scale says so, but because you genuinely feel better.

This isn’t about perfection or restriction. It’s about listening to your body, noticing when it needs more vegetables and movement, and responding with pleasure instead of punishment.

Your one action this week: Come back. Come back to yourself. Notice how much better you feel. Tell your brain to do more of it. Remember—our brains love pleasure. Enjoy the show!
