Menopause is a time of change, and for many women, it brings unexpected challenges with eating and weight. In this episode, I am happy to share my interview on  the Binge Eating podcast. I dive into these issues that affect not just menopausal women, but women at any age.

As I share my own journey, I talk about how menopause changed everything I thought I knew about my body, especially when it came to eating and weight loss. For years, I relied on old methods to manage my weight, but they stopped working as I entered my 50s. This led me to explore the deeper issues behind my eating habits, including emotional hunger versus physical hunger. I discuss how managing your mind during this phase of life can make all the difference, and why it’s crucial to recognize when your thoughts are steering you off course. We also touch on intuitive eating and why it might not always be the answer when your emotions are in control.
