Hello all my dear friends all over the world. Today is a special day because I’m recording my 500th episode. Five hundred episodes! Over 2 million downloads. I can hardly believe it. So I wanted to do something special and reflect on the main tools I’ve used for over nine years that have helped thousands and thousands of women learn how to have peace with food and peace with their bodies.
In this milestone episode, I’m sharing my favorite excerpts covering the core concepts that change everything: self-compassion and how to treat yourself with the same kindness you give others; the physical hunger scale so you know when you’re actually hungry versus when you’re feeding something else; the emotional hunger scale because emotions can’t be fed with food; and the four types of eating so you can finally be honest about what you’re really putting in your mouth.
