I have clients that were successful with weight loss and emotional management during the lockdown. But now the lockdown is coming to an end and we’re finally being let out. Restaurants are opening up, we can go on vacations, we can meet up with friends again, we can celebrate; and with all of this comes food and a new brand of stress.
After such a stressful time, we think we can finally let loose– reward ourselves with a few extra plates of food. But I am here to tell you that there is no true reward in overeating. Those two extra glasses of champagne are not worth foregoing the connection you’ve made with your body. It’s time to give your body the proper love and attention it deserves.
