The holidays are a perfect time to learn the art of enjoying a “joy eat” without feeling like you’re doing something wrong. I strongly believe that you absolutely can have non-nutritious food within your diet and still be healthy, so it’s important to remember that this holiday season.
A joy eat is considered a food that has no nutritious value, but tastes great. You know what I’m talking about – potato chips, candy, and those cookies we love so much. The holidays are a chance for you to practice your mind management around those foods and learn to enjoy them mindfully.
